Shimairen built the Toy-Tailor app as a Commercial app. This Service is provided by Shimairen and is intended for use as is.

This page informs users about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if they decide to use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience and to enable community and cloud-saving features, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information.

A. Information You Provide to Us:

  • Account Authentication (Apple ID): When you sign up or log in using Apple ID, we collect your unique identifier, and (if permitted by you) your email address associated with your Apple account. This is strictly used to securely manage your account and authenticate your cloud sessions.
  • Artist Profile Data: If you join our Artist Channel, you can customize your public profile by providing a custom Artist Name, Bio/Description, and an Avatar Image.
  • User-Generated Content (Design Data): When you choose to save or publish a design, your toy blueprints, associated text data (such as category, height, name), and work thumbnails are uploaded and stored securely in our cloud database.

B. Technical and Usage Data:

  • Log Data: In case of an error or crash within the app, we collect diagnostic data called Log Data. This may include your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration at the time of the error, and other system statistics.
  • Unique Identifiers: We may use anonymous device identifiers to keep track of your local downloaded content and subscription status.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We utilize trusted third-party services to facilitate user authentication, secure cloud database hosting, and core engine performance. These providers have access to your personal information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

3. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

Your data (Design metadata, avatars, and thumbnails) is stored securely via Supabase cloud infrastructure. We implement commercially acceptable technical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will retain your Personal Information and user-generated content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the Service.

4. Account and Data Deletion (Your Rights)

In compliance with Apple’s strict privacy mandates, we offer you total control over your data. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

  • In-App Option: You can initiate account deletion directly from the settings or profile section within the Toy Tailor app.
  • Via Email Request: Alternatively, you can request the permanent removal of your account by sending an email with the subject “Account Deletion Request” to: impression.cs@gmail.com.

What happens upon deletion? Upon receiving your request or completing the in-app process, your Apple authentication linking, your Artist Profile (Name, Bio, Avatar), and all your uploaded/published designs will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our database and storage buckets within 30 days.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services are intended to be a co-design tool for parents and children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without parental involvement. Accounts must be set up and authorized by a parent or guardian using their own Apple ID.

If you are a parent or guardian and realize that your child under 13 has independently provided us with personal information without your supervision, please contact us at impression.cs@gmail.com so that we can execute immediate deletion actions from our servers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new legal requirements or app feature upgrades. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any modifications are effective immediately once they are posted on this page.
